Glowing Skin Green Smoothie

Serves 2
Ingredients
  1. 8 oz. cup plain coconut water (no sweeteners added)
  2. 2 frozen ripe bananas, previously peeled & sliced
  3. 1 cup chopped pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  4. 1 cup chopped mango (frozen or fresh)
  5. 2 cups spinach
  6. 1/2 avocado, sliced
  7. 1 tbsp. ground flax
Instructions
  1. Put everything in the blender and puree until silky smooth. Add more coconut water if everything doesn't come together easily.
