Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh kale leaves

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 tbsp hemp powder

  • 2 tsp matcha powder

  • 1&1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 lemon, juice only

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until very smooth.

  2. Drink straight away.
